Jared Karas
Hockey Advisor
Jared Karas has lived the hockey path from the ground up. Growing up competing with the Mid State Mustangs, he was part of a program that won five consecutive state championships and two national championships — an experience that shaped his understanding of what elite development truly looks like at a young age. He went on to complete a post-graduate year at Williston Northampton School before joining the Jersey Shore Wildcats, where he earned an NA3EHL championship. He finished his playing career at the NCAA Division III level with Lebanon Valley College.

When injuries during his junior and senior seasons — and later in grad school — brought his playing days to a close, Jared didn't step away from the game. He stepped into a video role with Lebanon Valley College, and from there, a coaching career took shape. He went on to serve as Head Coach of the Sartell Bantam AAs in Minnesota, worked alongside staff at the Minnesota High Performance Camp, and coached in the Minnesota Tier 1 league. Each stop deepened his ability to read players, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right opportunities.

Today, Jared brings that full body of experience — as a player, a coach, and a student of the game — to his work as a player advisor with Center Ice Player Management. He knows what it takes to compete at every level of this sport, and he's committed to helping players and families navigate the process with clarity, honesty, and a real plan.
