2. No Guarantee of Placement

CIPM provides guidance, evaluation, and advisory services to help players navigate their hockey careers.

We do not guarantee:

​

  • Placement on any specific team or league

  • Scholarship opportunities

  • Advancement to any level of hockey

All decisions regarding team selection, roster spots, and advancement are made solely by coaches, teams, and organizations.

 

3. Advisory Relationship

Submitting a form or participating in a consultation does not create a formal advisor-client relationship.

 

A formal relationship with CIPM is only established after:

  • A signed service agreement

  • Mutual consent between CIPM and the player/family

 

4. Player Responsibility

  • Players and families are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information

  • Attending scheduled calls or meetings

  • Following through on recommendations and development plans

CIPM is not responsible for outcomes resulting from a failure to follow guidance.

 

5. Payment & Services

If you choose to engage CIPM’s services:

  • Fees, payment terms, and scope of services will be outlined in a separate agreement

  • All payments are subject to the terms specified in that agreement

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of CIPM and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

CIPM is not liable for:

  • Any decisions made by third-party teams, leagues, or organizations

  • Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website
