Jason Jaworski
Player Advisor
Jason Jaworski's hockey career speaks for itself. After competing at the NCAA Division I level with the University of Nebraska Omaha, he went on to play professionally for a decade — a tenure that reflects not just his talent, but the kind of work ethic and durability that only the best sustain over a long career. His accomplishments on the ice were recognized with induction into the West Seneca Athletic Hall of Fame, cementing his place among the finest players his community has produced.

When his playing days ended, Jaworski turned his focus entirely toward developing the next generation. He founded 515 Hockey Development and HD Engine Hockey, two training platforms where he has built a reputation for producing players who are technically sharp, mentally tough, and ready to compete at the next level. His work as a Player Development coach has given him a firsthand understanding of what separates good players from great ones — and how to close that gap.

At Center Ice Player Management, Jason brings the full weight of that experience to every player he advises. He knows what a D1 program looks for, what it takes to sustain a professional career, and how to build athletes — not just hockey players. For any family serious about the process, his perspective is invaluable.
