Ismael Ralsten

Goaltender Advisor

Ismael Ralsten knows the goaltender's path better than most. After competing in Tier 2 junior hockey across the MJHL, SIJHL, and NCDC, he went on to play NCAA college hockey at Brynn Athryn and Kings College — where he etched his name into the record books by setting the UCHC conference record for most saves in a regulation game with 90. It's the kind of mark that doesn't get broken easily, and it speaks to a competitor who kept his team in games through sheer will and preparation.

After his playing career, Ismael moved into coaching and development, joining Boston Hockey Academy as a goalie coach in 2024. He also founded Ralsten Selects, where he has built a focused environment for developing goalies and skaters who are serious about advancing their careers. His coaching philosophy is rooted in the same grit and attention to detail that defined his time between the pipes.

At Center Ice Player Management, Ismael brings a sharp eye for player potential and a proven ability to help athletes find the right next step. He understands the junior and collegiate landscape from the inside out — as someone who navigated it himself — and he's committed to making sure every player he works with has a clear path forward and the tools to walk it.
